Release Notes | July 18 | ETO 20.96.0

Updated over a week ago

Overview

This release focuses on critical bug fixes across key features, including TouchPoints, Referrals, HMIS Assessments, and HMIS Data Pulls. These updates resolve data integrity issues, improve system reliability, and enhance compliance with HUD reporting standards. Clients leveraging automated workflows, HUD Assessments, and reporting exports will particularly benefit from this release.

Fixes

TouchPoints | Required Questions Not Saving

We resolved a defect where some required fields were not saved when users added or removed Participants before submission. This release ensures consistent data capture in multi-Participant TouchPoint responses.

Referrals | Incorrect Timestamp for Auto-Accepted Referrals

We fixed an issue where auto-accepted referrals incorrectly set the Program Start Date to 4:00am instead of 12:00am. The corrected logic now preserves midnight timestamps, allowing accurate reporting and filtering based on enrollment dates.

HMIS Data Pull | Missing Project Exit Data in Disabilities CSV

We've addressed a problem where data from Project Exit HUD Assessments was previously not included in the Disabilities.csv export. Timestamp alignment has been improved to ensure valid exit data is now captured consistently in reporting exports.

HMIS Data Pull | Health and DV CSV Not Reflecting Exit Info

We corrected logic that caused Health and DV data to be skipped when program exit and response timestamps didn't match exactly. ETO now includes this data when dates align, even with minor time discrepancies.

HUD Assessment | R11-R13 Questions Not Displaying Due to Rule Error

We fixed a configuration issue that prevented questions R11, R12, and R13 from appearing in the HUD Assessment form. The display logic has been updated, and rule conditions can now be edited without system errors.
