Release Notes | October 17 | ETO 20.101.0

Updated over 3 weeks ago

This release delivers a set of critical fixes that strengthen data accuracy, reliability, and user experience across ETO. The updates address key issues in participant merges, search functionality, dashboards, and API integrations—helping ensure your system runs smoothly and your data stays clean.

Fixes

Family Participants | Duplicate Enrollments

We resolved an issue where merging participants from the same family created duplicate participant and enrollment records in Family Program History. Reporting now reflects accurate, non-duplicated data.

Entity Cross References | Merge Updates

EntityID values in TouchPoint responses now update correctly after merges, preventing broken references and ensuring reliable data in reports.

Quick Search | Accurate Results

We fixed an issue where searches for participants with two-word names returned unrelated results. Searches now return precise matches as expected.

API | Advanced Search by Case Number

Advanced Search by Case Number (Type 4) now returns accurate participant results across all scopes.

Caseload Dashboard | Internet Explorer (IE) Mode

Users accessing ETO through IE mode in Microsoft Edge can now add participants to Caseloads without errors.

Dashboards | "Recent TouchPoints" on Collection Templates

Adding the "Recent TouchPoints" part to a Collection dashboard without a Collection Type filter no longer causes a system error.

Forms | Likert Scale Options

Disabling one Likert scale option no longer hides all options. Remaining options now display correctly.

API | AddMember Endpoint

We fixed a defect where the AddMember API failed silently when a Collection included Start/End Time elements. Participants are now added as expected.
