We covered strategies to keep donors engaged, ideas to strengthen fundraising foundations, and turn one big day of giving into a lasting year of impact.

Looking for accurate guidance right within our platform? Look no further! We’ve embedded “Learn More” icons on our most heavily used features within your GiveGab tools to provide relevant help content right where you need it, when you need it. No need to leave the platform to find the right help article! Both Giving Day partners and participants will see these updates throughout GiveGab.

Giving Day hosts now have access to a dedicated Verification Report that provides greater visibility into the donatability and payout readiness of participating organizations.

To better support you and your participants through our vetting process, you'll know exactly which verification steps each organization has completed - including EIN verification, state compliance attestation, Stripe account setup, and bank account verification.

Additionally, you can filter the report to view:

Reordering the layout of your Giving Day landing pages just got easier. The Landing Page Builder now supports drag-and-drop reordering, eliminating the need to move sections one position at a time.

The alert on a participating organization's dashboard now only appears if the organization is missing required documents. This streamlines and clarifies the approval process for participating organizations.

Organizations can now preview their profile even when the Giving Day URL is not yet live. If you're hosting a Giving Day that does not launch the site publicly until a later date in your timeline, but still want to give organizations a simple way to edit and preview profiles - now you can!

During this time users may encounter intermittent errors. Users are recommended to try their operation again or wait until the completion of the maintenance window.
