To add Team Member(s):
Click on your "Settings" on the left side of your Bonzo account
Go to the "Team Members" tab underneath "Company" Settings
Click the pink "Add Team Members" button in the upper right.
Enter the Team member's name, email address, and phone number
**You are able to create a custom password by toggling "Customize passwords" within this view
Click "Save"
Congratulations! Your Team Member's account has been created! They will receive a welcome email to the email submitted for their profile. This email will contain directions to log in and get started! They will also be able to edit their password upon logging in.
**From this view, you will also be able to determine if this new Team Member can manage Campaigns, manage Pipelines, export People, delete People, be on a Round Robin. Scroll to the right and click "Edit" next to their name. Place a checkmark beside each that you would like to be applied.
**Note: Every Team Member will have access to their own "Account Settings" where they will create their own Bonzo phone number, add their email signature and integrate their email.
Need to purchase additional Team Member seats?
Head to your "Billing" tab within your Settings, under the Company section
Click "Update Addons" underneath the "Additional options" section
Increase "Additional team members" by your desired amount
โAfter you click the final pink "Update addons" button, you will gain immediate access to the purchased seats and will be able to add your Team Members within your "Team members" tab.
To converse with your Team Member(s):
Go to the "Team Chat" menu option on the left menu of your Bonzo account
Create a direct message by clicking on the Team Members' name
Create a group chat by clicking "+" next to "Chats"
To remove Team Member(s):
Go to "Team Members" under your Company tab in your Bonzo account
Find the Team Member, scroll to the right and click on the three small dots
Click "Delete" and "Confirm"
*Please note, only the Team Lead can add Team Members
