1. Navigate to "settings" in your Bonzo profile
2. Under the communication tab, select the "call and text routing" link
3. Click the "+ add group" button in the top right section
4. From here, you can select the campaign and the assignee (team member) that you'd like the call to be routed to
5. Click the pencil icon to the right that says "edit group" to add the condition(s)
(for example, a lead calling from a phone number in North Carolina will be routed to Bob Smith, LO)
7. When you are done click "apply" then click the pink "save routing" button under the campaign and assignee boxes
Note: The routing is based off the lead's area code associated with the number they are calling from.
