As a Bonzo member, it is a great idea to download our mobile app, BonzoGo.
Downloading BonzoGo helps keep you up to date with your Bonzo conversations, even when you're away from your desktop. You will have the ability to see your prospect list, send SMS messages, dial outbound calls and receive notifications.
To download:
Go to your app store
Search BonzoGo
The image for the app should be a white block with a Pink and Black "B"
Click on the Download icon
When you first click into the app, you will get a pop up for allowing notifications within BonzoGo. Select "Allow" if you would like to receive these notifications on your phone
Once you have finished on this screen, simply log into Bonzo using your credentials. If you wish to stay signed in, please check the box at the bottom left that says "Keep me signed in"
To use the mobile app for your calls, you will:
Navigate to the Phone Number settings
Select "In-app Calls" and "Only In-app Calls" in this section
Click save at the bottom.
Now your phone will default to the desktop application AND the mobile app.
