Need to sort your incoming leads?

Updated over a week ago

Want to have Leads routed to specific Team Members? Do you want Leads to be routed into different campaigns depending on their state, loan type, etc? Webhook routing is for you!

HOW TO CREATE A ROUTING GROUP

1. Go to your webhook and scroll to the right side until you see three dots. Click there.

2. Click Routing from the dropdown list.

3. Next, click the "Add New Group" button in the right corner.

4. Customize your routing.

CREATING A NEW GROUP

When you create a new group it will give you a couple of options to choose from.

Choose Campaign: select the Campaign you would like to route these Leads into.

Select Assignee: choose the Team Member you would like these Leads to be assigned to.

Choose Condition: select the routing rule will route the Leads to a specific campaign by clicking the pencil button to the far right.

Delete: by clicking the trash can to the far right you can delete this route.

CHOOSING A CONDITION

From here you can select from the fields you would like to route them by. When you click on a field it will give you three different boxes to customize.

Field: the field (information) it will sort by.

Action: If the field information category is equal to, not equal to, empty or is not empty.

Value: the information (ie. loan type (refi or purchase), loan amount, etc) that will tell Bonzo where to route this Lead.

Congratulations, you have just made your first Routing Group for your webhook!

SPLITTING LEADS BETWEEN TEAM MEMBERS BY PERCENTAGE

In order to split Leads amongst your Team Members by percentages they will need to have the same conditions in your routing group. A use case: I have set up my webhook and am pulling leads into Bonzo from a lead gen source. When those Leads hit my system, I want 75% of the Leads from Montana to route to Lucy and 25% of the Leads from Montana to route to Jill.

In order to do this, create another Routing Group with the same exact condition(s) as a the previous group. You will see a color square option, on the left side of the Campaign button, which can be used to organize your group and a percentage box will show up beside each one. You can customize your percentages for your Team Members there.
