Pipelines

Track, organize, and communicate with your prospects with ease.

Updated over a week ago

Have you been looking for a better way to track and communicate with your People throughout your Sales Process within Bonzo? You need Pipelines!

This feature has the ability to add value and ease to your workflow. You can build out stages that make sense for you, move your people seamlessly between campaigns and pipelines, import your leads/prospects directly into your pipeline, and, similar to the functionality of campaigns, you can send messages from your stages! You can choose to add this feature to your Bonzo account for $25/mo!

To add this feature:

  • Navigate to your name in the upper lefthand corner of your Bonzo browser

  • Select "settings"

  • Scroll down to "add-ons" under the company tab

  • Choose pipelines

PIPELINE TAB

Within the pipelines tab, you will be able to see:

  • How many stages are included

  • Date the pipeline was created

  • How many prospects are in the pipeline

To edit, duplicate, or delete a pipeline, simply click the three dots to the far right.

CREATE A NEW PIPELINE

To create a new pipeline, select the pink "+ Create pipeline" button at the top right of the page; add a name for this Pipeline. Choose one of the following options:

  • Start from scratch

  • Don't reinvent the wheel (copy an existing pipeline in your account)

  • Choose a pre-made Bonzo template

MANAGING YOUR PIPELINE

At the top right of your page you will now see options;

  • The Team Prospects toggle allows you to see Leads on your Pipeline from all Team Members (Permission for the Team Lead only)

  • The Change Pipeline drop-down allows you to switch from one Pipeline to another.

  • The Manage Stages button allows you to edit and customize your Stages*.

  • The Actions drop-down allows you to duplicate, edit settings, and delete*.

CREATING AND EDITING A NEW STAGE

To add a stage click on the white "options" button on the right, click "manage stages". Click on the "+" sign to add.

Next, name the stage, choose a campaign you would like to associate with this stage (optional), select shared users if you would like team members shared once the lead is added to the stage (optional), and finally select a color. Once you're done, click "create".

You can add an event to a stage by selecting the stage and clicking the "+" button where you can add SMS, Email, Voicemail, or a Task. Remember to save your work when you are finished!

When you have finished editing your stages and events, click the pink "Done" button in the top righthand side of the page.

You will now be able to add prospects to your pipeline stages!

ADDING A PROSPECT/LEAD

To add a prospect to a pipeline stage, go to the stage and click the "+" underneath.

Select the prospect(s) you would like in that stage, then click the "select" button.

To move prospects between stages, simply click the prospect and drag & drop it in the correct stage.

Within an individual prospect's contact card, you will have the ability to assign contact people and access your conversation view for that prospect by selecting the two buttons on the bottom right corner of the Prospect card.

ADDING MESSAGES TO STAGES

At each stage, you can set up events to trigger when a prospect is added to a stage. This works very similarly to an event within a campaign.

  • Click three dots next to the Stage name, click Edit

  • Click Add Event on the right (using the "+" icon).

On each event, you will see multiple tabs:

  • Primary

  • Co-borrower

  • Buyer Agent

  • External

Primary events will be sent out to the Primary borrower. Co-borrower events will send to the co-borrower connected to the primary borrower. Buyer Agent events are associated with the prospect's agent. Secondary events are for contacts associated with the primary borrower but they are External contacts and are not the primary contact for this transaction, but a person who may need to be notified of milestones in the loan/sales process (ex: transaction coordinator).

SECONDARY CONTACTS

To add a coborrower, buyer agent, or secondary contact to a prospect in your pipeline:

  • Hover your mouse over the contact card, within the pipeline stage, then click on the down carrot dropdown in the upper right corner within the stage.

  • Select Secondary Contacts

  • Choose the contact type (coborrower, buyer, listing or external). Click on the person's name if you have already created it or choose create person to manually add them.

  • Once you have added a secondary contact, select them from the list and click save.

Now that you have attached a coborrower, buyer, listing, or external contact to the prospect/primary borrower within the pipeline stages they will receive all coborrower, buyer, listing, or secondary specific messages you create!

ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONALITY OF STAGES

While in your pipeline view, you can select the three dots to the right of the stage name for additional options.

  • Find in people--this will find and filter the prospect only in this stage in the people tab

  • Edit--jump back into editing your pipeline

  • Broadcast--you will be able to send a one-off message to everyone within that stage

PIPELINE VISIBILITY

You can determine who has visibility to your pipeline. You can provide access to your team members by clicking on settings in the upper right and choose which team members have access to the pipeline

  • Turning on for individual team member(s)

  • Turning on public access (all team members)

IMPORTANT REMINDER

If you have campaigns synced for each stage and you drag a prospect into a different stage, then quickly move the prospect back into the previous stage, the prospect will start over in the campaign from Day 1 within that specified campaign.

*This is a permission that can be granted at the Team Lead level
