Integrations: Hiding Stages on Pipelines

If you or your team don't use all the Arive/LendingPad stages in your pipeline, check out this video:)

Updated over a week ago

Bonzo on its own is an amazing software with a lot of features - but it's made even better with integrations to other programs. One of the most common integrations that we offer is Arive/LendingPad > Bonzo, allowing the loan information and milestones to update prospects and move them through stages in a pipeline.

These pipelines usually have to directly mirror stages in those loan services, which may not be beneficial for everyone. With this new customization feature - however - you can now hide/redirect stages to both get rid of visual clutter, and keep contacts from moving to a stage you're not using or tracking.

To use this feature,

  • Click on the pipeline you want to adjust.

  • Select the three-dot menu on the stage you're looking to hide and then click Edit.

  • Arrow over the selected stage and click the Edit icon once more.

  • Look at the bottom of the pop-up for the option Is collapsed and toggle it on.

  • Choose a stage that you'd like to have those prospects redirect to.

I also walk through this in the video above if you'd like to see a visual of these changes - but once you've done that the stage will be hidden!

Now you may be asking - why can't I just delete the stages I don't need? The main issue with deleting stages is that it can completely break a loan service integration. Deleting is also permanent, meaning that if you delete a stage and change your mind, the whole integration might need to be rebuilt to function again as intended.

Hiding stages, however, is not permanent and can easily be reversed. If you ever want to change something back, simply click into the stage editor, follow the process above, and just toggle Is collapsed off.

You're also more than welcome to add stages to your loan service pipeline, and use them as holding tanks or as ways to track parts of the process that aren't listed in Arive/LendingPad. Do note that if you do have extra stages, any and all updates from the loan service will move the prospect out of the custom stage.
