Our dialer has been modified to include a conference call feature! This allows your team members to transfer calls within the dialer.
Here is a video explaining the steps below:
While on the call, select the "Conference" button.
2. Add a participant on the call by either selecting a Team Member within the existing users OR enter a number manually.
3. Click "Add"
4. You will hear ringing to the added participant, and continue the conversation.
5. You can transfer the call by clicking the crown icon to change ownership of the call.
