Videos: Creating a Folder

Creating folders for your videos will allow you to locate the correct videos when sending out your messaging quickly.

How to Add a Video Folder:

  • Access the Video Section

    • Click the "video" tab on the left side of the screen.

  • Initiate Folder Creation

    • Within the Video section, click "add folder" at the top right of your screen.

  • Name the Folder

    • A window or field will appear, prompting you to name the new folder. Think about the content you want to organize within this folder. For example, if you're creating a folder for leads, type in "Leads" as the folder name.

  • Confirm Folder Creation

    • After typing in the desired folder name (e.g., "Leads"), click the "Create" or "Confirm" button and click it. This action will finalize the creation of the new folder.


Moving Videos Into a Folder

To organize your videos within the new folder,

  • First locate the video you want to move.

  • Click on the three dots (...) next to the video you would like to move.

  • Choose "Move" Option

    • This action will prompt a menu to appear, allowing you to specify where you want to move the video.

  • Select the Folder you wish to move this video to.

  • Confirm by clicking "move"

After selecting the appropriate folder, the video will now be relocated to the chosen folder.

Moving Multiple Videos

  • In addition to moving one video, you can also select a whole group of videos by clicking the checkbox at the top left of each video.

  • Next, find the folder icon that is shown above your selection

  • Choose which folder you wish to move the videos into

  • Click move
