Settings: Email Signature

Ensure your emails have the proper email signature by importing your email signature from your current email.

To import your email signature:

  1. Navigate to Settings

  2. Next click into General Settings and scroll down until you see "Email Signature"

  3. At the Bottom Right of this section you will click "import email signature"

  4. Next, copy the email address on the screen.

  5. Open up a new email on your email carrier (Outlook, Gmail, etc.)

  6. Paste the email address in the "to" line of the email.

  7. Send the email with on the signature in the email. There should be nothing else in the subject line and nothing in the body.

  8. The email signature should import within a minute.
