A breakdown of each Setting within your Pipeline

Similar to Campaigns, Pipelines have Settings that are specific to each Pipeline.*

To Find these settings:

  • Begin by clicking on the Pipeline tab in the left menu of your Dashboard.

  • To select Settings for a Pipeline you have already created, click on the three dots on the far right and select Settings or click into the Pipeline and click the white Options button in the upper right and select Settings

  • (If you are creating a Pipeline, simply click "+Create Pipeline" in the upper right and follow the steps above.)

Once in the Settings for this specific Pipeline you will find the following options:

Pipeline name - update the name of your Pipeline

Use prospect's local timezone - toggle on to your send Pipeline Events to your People based on their local timezone (which is pulled from the area code of with their phone number).

Exclude national holidays - toggle on to exclude national holidays. The event will instead send on the next available sending day.

Locked pipeline - toggle on to disable your Team from deleting any stages

Cumulative column - you can create a view within your Pipeline that displays the cumulative total of Purchase Price or the Loan Amount for each Stage.

Pipeline access - choose the entire Team or specific Team Members that need access to the Pipeline in their account. By default it's set to give the entire Team permission to utilize the Pipeline.

Sending: Cutoff time - select the parameters within which you event triggers to send out. Click on the Start and Stop drop down to edit. As a reminder, messaging will not send outside of the hours you choose. ie. You select to send messages from 9a-5p and you add a Person to a stage at 5:05p messaging will send the next available Sending Day.

Sending: Sending days - select the days of the week that you would event triggers to send out by ticking the box to the left of each day; messaging will only send on the days you select. ie. If you select M-F as the sending days and you add a Person to a new Stage on Sunday afternoon, the event will not send until Monday.

Click SAVE in the bottom right corner of the page when making any edits to your Settings.

*This is a permission set at the Team Lead level
