Everything you need to know about basic company settings within Bonzo.

Company settings are accessed and managed by team leads and will provide you with some settings that can be set for all team members.

See below for a step-by-step guide on how to adjust your company settings in Bonzo:

Step 1: Go to your settings

Step 2: Navigate to the 'Company' section of your settings

Step 3: Upload your company logo

Step 4: Name your business & select your preferred time zone

Step 5: Decide whether you'd like to force all of the users under your team to enable MFA in order to use the system

*Please note that in order to do this, the team lead must first enable MFA themselves under their account security settings.

Step 6: Fill in your company's address information (required by the CAN-SPAM Act)

*Please note that the address you put here should match what is on the company's tax forms!

Step 7: Select your preferences on the following setting options

  • Forward incoming calls to prospect owner: If you check this option, calls will be *always* forwarded to prospect owner, even if prospect calls somebody else's number

  • Hide prospect source: If you check this option, we'll hide prospect source from your team members

  • Default sender: Define the default sender for when somebody has access to sender switcher

Step 8: Add in any company specific Email/SMS disclaimers that you'd like to have attached on outgoing communications

Step 9: Select all applicable industry tags so that we can get you access to all necessary templates/resources

Step 10: Make sure you hit the save button at the bottom right of the company settings page
