Bonzo offers fully customizable campaign templates designed to enhance your outreach and engagement efforts. These templates are tailored to address various outreach scenarios, providing you with structured solutions. While the templates offer a framework and content, remember to personalize them with your unique voice, style, and messaging approach, keeping your messages concise, compelling, and contextual.
Accessing Your Campaign Templates:
Navigate to the "Campaigns" section from the general tab. Here you'll see a "Default" view of your existing campaigns.
Click on the "Templates" tab in the top left corner.
Choosing Your Template:
The templates are categorized into two types: converting and nurturing campaigns.
Converting Campaigns are shorter and prompt quick responses.
Nurturing Campaigns: focus on maintaining brand presence and fostering ongoing engagement.
Click on the tabs "Converting" and "Nurturing" to browse the campaign templates listed in these categories.
The campaign templates you see depend on the industry tags chosen in your Company tab. Team Leads and Super Users can select and modify these tags as needed.
If you would like to preview a template before importing, click on the "eye" icon in the bottom right corner of the template card. You can also select the "heart icon" to favorite the template.
This preview provides insights into the scheduled sending days, event messages, and content. Keep in mind that all aspects of the template are customizable upon import.
If it is a template you wish to import, click the "Use this template" button. If you'd like to continue browsing, click the "Back to templates" button. Both of these buttons are found in the top right of your screen.
Upon deciding to use a template, click "Import" to access the editing screen immediately.

Templates in your Campaigns tab undergo monthly reviews, ensuring updated content like article links and attachments. Periodically, new templates created by Bonzo Power Users and members are added. To learn more about campaigns, click on the box below.
