Here is how you use merge tags to create custom conversation at scale.
Merge Tags can be used whenever you are sending an email or text message (sms). This includes campaigns, broadcasts, and one off messaging. No matter where, the process is the same.
How they work:
Merge tags pulls a specific data point that is saved in a person's profile and seamlessly places it in the message. If there is a data field for an individual, you can merge in that information.
Using Merge Tags:
Merge Tags appear as pink boxes and can be found at the bottom of an email window or sms message in Bonzo.
"Person First Name" will always show up automatically, to access other merge tags select "Show More".
Select the merge tag you wish to use and then scroll down and select "close". The merge tag will appear where ever your curses was in the message.
Here is an example of a personalized email that could be sent out at scale using merge tags.
