To access the Realtor Portal in Bonzo, navigate to the "Data" dropdown on your navigation sidebar and click "Realtors."

Within the portal, you will find a list of agents, each with detailed information including name, assignee, company affiliation, and deal history.

For clarity, “Current Deal” indicators the realtor has prospects on an active campaign, that's toggled on. “Total Deals” refers to prospects not currently being engaged in a campaign.

Clicking on an agent's name opens their profile where you can view and manage specific messages and notes.

The Realtor Portal also facilitates direct interaction with prospects linked to each realtor. By selecting the pink "Prospects" button next to an agent's name, you are redirected to a list of their clients within the "People" tab, enhancing your ability to manage and interact through various quick actions like calls or broadcasts.

The Realtor Portal's search and filtering capabilities make finding specific agents straightforward. Utilize the search bar or apply quick filters such as assignee, pipeline, or deal’s pipeline to tailor your view.

Additionally when filtering by “deal’s pipeline,” you will see a new button appear in your realtor portal entitled "Pipeline Breakdown.” Clicking this button next to a realtor’s record shows you the amount of deals per-stage for filtered pipeline. This will help you understand and analyze your realtor partners’ performance.

Adding realtors to the portal is simple. You can either add a realtor directly within the portal by clicking on "Add Realtor" and entering their information.

You can also add someone as a realtor from the "People" tab by clicking on the contact, and selecting "More Actions” from the quick action toolbar and then “mark as realtor.
