We offer a wide variety of Professional Services to provide content, strategy, and materials to help our Members connect, converse, and convert their leads! You can find the options under our Professional Services Tab on the left-hand side of your screen. You will need an active subscription and card on file in order to purchase. See below for reference.
You can purchase a professional service by clicking the plus sign next to the service you want to purchase and the pink button at the bottom of the screen.
The Professional Services team will be notified of your request and they will follow up via email to set up a discovery consultation including a form submission and 1 on 1 call. Deliverables are determined on the call and a quote regarding price is provided. If you would like to move forward, a proposal is sent to review, sign, and pay. Once payment is submitted, our professional services team gets to work and begins the buildout process.

RECRUITING MACHINE:
The Recruiting Machine is specifically for members who are currently in the phase of business recruiting Loan Officers. This service includes a build-out of a pipeline and campaigns that correspond with the specific pipeline stages.
SPREADSHEET FORMATTING:
Spreadsheet Formatting is specifically for members who are looking to organize and format databases from old or existing CRMs. This professional service helps members organize and format their data separately from any system to ensure a smooth transition, ease in organization, and correct field mapping into Bonzo (especially for members with large databases).
FULL ACCOUNT BUILDOUT:
Full Account Builds are for members who want to utilize Bonzo's full capabilities with all its tools and features to power your business. This is great for newer and existing members who want to take deeper dives into their accounts and fuel their business with the complete power of Bonzo!
CUSTOM CSV/WEBHOOK ROUTING:
Custom CSV/Webhook Routing is specifically for members who are trying to bring in lead sources to Bonzo that do not connect with custom integrations or CSV files, and want to route prospects to particular campaigns or pipelines with dependent conditions i.e. state, language preferred, etc.
CUSTOM LANDING PAGE:
Custom Landing Page is for members looking to build landing pages for lead traffic or partner referrals. This feature has endless opportunities to get people into Bonzo!
STRATEGY SESSION:
Strategy Sessions are opportunities to hop on a call and brainstorm ways to leverage Bonzo in meeting specific business needs for areas like marketing, recruiting, contact conversion, etc. It is a space to deep dive into your account to determine gaps and create solutions.
CUSTOM CAMPAIGN:
Custom Campaigns are for members who are interested in a specific campaign build-out to target a specific group of people interacting with your business. The possibilities are endless with this professional service!
CUSTOM PIPELINE:
Custom Pipeline are for members who want to build a specific pipeline for the organization and/or visibility of the people in your account. There are a variety of ways to utilize pipelines for a specific use case and learning best practices with this feature!
