Optimize your security settings by changing your account number, your password, and setting up two-factor-authentication.

Change Account Number

To change your account number :

  1. Navigate to the settings

  2. Click security

  3. Under authentication, you will see your account number. Click change.

4. You will then type in your new account number. Please note, this is your personal

number (cell phone / landline), and not your Bonzo number.

5. Finally, click update.

Change Password

To change your password within Bonzo, you can:

  1. Click change password

  2. You will then type in your current password and the password you would like to utilize below that two times

  3. Finally, click update.

Now your new password is being utilized within Bonzo!

Two Factor Authentication (TFA)

To enable two-factor authentication, you can:

  1. Navigate to Settings.

  2. Click into Security

  3. Select "Enable TFA"

  4. Select SMS or Email or Google Authenticator App

  5. Select "send," and Bonzo will send you a code via your selected TFA method.

Bonzo Sessions

In the "Sessions" section, you are able to see active sessions within Bonzo and the more recent past sessions from your account. If you see an account login location that does not make sense for you and your team, you can then click "sign out of all devices." This will ensure your security and give you time to reset your password or enable TFA if needed.
