Enable browser notifications:
To receive pop-up notifications in your web browser when your contacts respond to you in your Bonzo account, click "Enable"
How to change email notification address:
If you'd prefer email notifications go to a different address than the one you use to log in to your Bonzo account:
Type in the preferred email address
Click "Update"
Note: if field is left blank, Bonzo will send all email notifications to the address you use to log in to Bonzo.
Enable send daily summary:
The daily summary email provides you with visibility on "new people" and "tasks" added to your Bonzo account each day.
To enable, toggle the send daily summary bar "on"
How to change my notifications:
Navigate to the settings at the top left
Click on "Notifications"
You can toggle each notification that you would like to receive for the specific action being referenced:
4. For each item, you have the option of receiving a notification via:
a. the Bonzo website (Top left corner - Bell Icon)
b. your email associated with the registration for Bonzo
c. your phone associated with the registration for Bonzo
d. The BonzoGo App
How to review my notifications:
Click on the bell icon at the top left of your Bonzo that says "notifications"
Here, you are presented with several options:
You can toggle between All notifications and the unread notifications
By clicking the sound icon, you can silence or turn on the sound for notifications on the desktop
By selecting the checkmark icon, you are marking all notifications as "read"
If you select the gear wheel icon, you will be taken to our notifications settings page, where you can optimize the notifications you are receiving (see the above section)
The document icon will take you to a page where you can see all of the notifications from Bonzo on one page and filter through those there.
