Ensure your emails have the proper email signature by importing your email signature from your current email.

Set Your Email Signature:

  1. Navigate to Settings

  2. Next, underneath the "Communication" tab click on "Email". Scroll down until you see "Email Signature"

  3. Once there, locate the pink button labeled "Manage Email Signatures" at the bottom of the page and click on it. Here, you can create and store multiple email signatures tailored to your needs

4. To create a new signature, click on "Create New Signature" and give it a name. You

also have the option to set it as the primary signature for your account by checking

the box in the bottom left corner.

5. Next, you can choose whether to create the signature directly within Bonzo or

import an existing one from your email account.

6. If you choose to import a signature, simply copy and paste the provided link into

the "Send To" field of a new email, leaving the subject line blank. In the body of

the email, include only the signature you wish to import.

7. After sending the email, the signature will be imported into Bonzo within a few

minutes and will be viewable on the email signatures page.
