Integrate your Google, Outlook, or third-party email with Bonzo to ensure you have all communication in one place.

Integrating your email in Bonzo allows you to utilize your work email address (Gmail, Outlook, or others) to send and receive emails through Bonzo. This integration will track all the emails from your Bonzo prospects within the communication tab that are being sent through this email address, as well as, syncing any sent emails (emails being sent out of Bonzo) to your Email's sent folder.

How to Integrate Your Gmail or Outlook Email with Bonzo:

  1. Navigate to the "Settings" tab on the left of the screen.

  2. Next, scroll down to the "Communication" tab, and click on "Email"

  3. This is where you can select you email carrier. For Gmail, you will click on "Sign in with Google," and for Outlook you will click "Integrate"

4. Next, you will select the account you are wanting to integrate.

5. You will sign in and will need to accept the permissions in order for the integration to

be fully activated.

6. Once active, you will see the integration is enabled. You are able to remove this

integration or choose if you would only like to utilize the calendar associated with

this email.

How to Integrate Your Universal Email with Bonzo:

  1. The Universal email integration option can be found under the Google and Microsoft integrations outlined above.

  2. This is where you can select a Universal email carrier, by clicking on "Integrate."

4. On this screen, you will type in your email and password and select the email

carrier that you are utilizing.

5. Once selected, click "Integrate."
