This premium feature allows you to purchase a set of Bonzo numbers with various area codes. When placing an outbound call to a contact from your Bonzo number, our system intelligently analyzes the contact's area code. It then selects a number from your designated "Local Presence list" that aligns with the prospect's area code, ensuring a more personalized and local connection. This dynamic functionality enables you to convey to your leads that you are a part of their community 😎
HOW TO PURCHASE:
Navigate to settings--addons (under the company tab)--scroll down to find the Local Presence add on at $150/team.
WHERE TO FIND IT:
Once purchased, the Local Presence feature will live in the Voice and Messaging tab of your settings.
After clicking on "Details" it will take you to the Local Presence page, where you will be able to see a map indicating which states you have additional numbers in, and their status (ready, partially ready, pending, selected).
How It Works
The system will use the Local Presence number for outbound calls and Auto-Dials (Optional) through your Bonzo Account once you have purchased this Add-on.
When starting an Auto-Dial, if you do not select the option to use Local Presence by checking the box at the bottom of the auto-dialer screen, the call will be made from your default Bonzo number.
Important: Local Presence only applies to outgoing calls through Bonzo. If you assign that contact to a campaign, they will see your default Bonzo number like normal.
Team Sharing of Local Presence Numbers:
The Local Presence feature is a team add-on, meaning the team shares local presence numbers.
For example, if Bob and Sarah are both calling prospects in Philadelphia, they could be using the same local presence number. The numbers are shared across the team and are not unique to each seat.
Once contact has been made, if the prospect calls the “Local Presence” number back, the conversation will be routed directly to who the prospect owner is in Bonzo.
