What is Enrichment in Bonzo?
Enrichment in Bonzo is a dynamic feature designed to enhance your CRM experience by automatically updating and enriching the contact details of your prospects. This tool not only saves time by eliminating the need for manual data updates but also ensures that you have the most current and comprehensive information at your fingertips.
Starting the Enrichment Process
To get started with enrichment in Bonzo, follow these simple steps:
1. Navigate to the Conversation View:
Click on the 'Prospects' section and enter the Conversation View of the prospect you wish to enrich.
2. Initiate Enrichment:
Once in the Conversation View, click on the 'Enrichment' button located at the top right of the prospect's details.
Note: If you are a Team Member and do not see this option, please contact your Team Lead for the necessary permissions.
How to Enrich a Prospect
Cost: 3 Tokens per prospect.
1. Navigate to the Conversation View:
Click on the 'Prospects' section and enter the Conversation View of the prospect you wish to enrich.
2. Initiate Enrichment:
Once in the Conversation View, click on the 'Enrichment' button located at the top right of the prospect's details.

Post-Enrichment
After completing the enrichment process, you may notice some changes in your prospect data. Here's what to look for:
Reviewing New Data
Any updated information will be displayed under the Additional Contact Information tab in the Details Breakdown of the Conversation View.
Data Integration
You have the option to integrate the enriched data into your prospect details. Simply hover over the wand icon and select 'Swap' to replace current info with the enriched data.
