KEY FEATURES
Tokens are an internal digital currency used specifically for outbound automated messaging, including broadcasts, campaigns, and pipelines. Monthly billing and token allocation is structured based on the per-member seat price, thus eliminating all monthly prospect caps and overage fees.
Monthly Token Management
Tokens pool at the team level. Team Leads have full oversight and they will be able to assign a monthly token allowance or limit to each Team Member seat. This allowance can be changed or edited at any time in their Team Members tab in Settings.
If no special limit is set every seat will be assigned 10k Tokens by default.

Top-up Tokens
Additional Tokens that team leads can purchase and allocate to their team members. These Tokens are used only after the team has used up their monthly allowance. Top-up Tokens purchased and not used, will roll-over month-to-month until they are used by the team.
Token Visibility
Token balance and usage are visible to all in the top left corner of your Bonzo account. Hover over the amount to see available Monthly Tokens & Top-up Tokens. When a Team Lead updates a limit or tokens are used, the balance will update within 1 minute to reflect the changes. The gray bar will reflect % of monthly usage for each seat.
Team Leads will be able to see their team's Token usage (left) / Token limits (right) in their "Team Members" page for control and oversight.
Both Team Leads and Team Members will also see a banner across the top of their dashboard that notifies them when their token balance is low.

Monthly Tokens DO NOT roll over and are reset each month; Top-up Tokens DO rollover and are utilized when your team’s Monthly Tokens are exhausted. The platform will always prioritize basic monthly tokens before drawing on any Top-up Token reserves.

*Birthday and Loaniversary automated messages operate similarly to broadcast automated messages and will result in a token charge.
Pricing Breakdown for Automated Messages:

You are able to see the final cost of a crafted message below the text box on the Campaign Event or the Send button on the Broadcast.
Pan out from the individual event messages, and you will be able to see an estimated token cost that's calculated based on a single prospect receiving every event message in your campaign.
Billing Portal
Our updated Billing Portal is a powerful tool for team leads, providing management and oversight of team tokens. Here, you will gain data-driven insights for budget control and ensure a seamless outreach for you and your team through our autobuy feature.
Accessing Billing & Tokens - Team Leads Only
Click on Settings in your Bonzo account.
Navigate to the Billing Tab under Company header.
Scroll down to the section labeled Tokens
Here, you will see the amount of Monthly Tokens included in your subscription and the amount of Top-up Tokens purchased.

Purchasing Top-up Tokens & Autobuy
Click the +Add button to manually purchase one-time, Top-up Tokens.

The minimum amount of Top-up Tokens that you can purchase is 2,500 ×2 or 5,000
Click Set Autobuy to establish a threshold for when Top-up Tokens are purchased as well as the number or amount of additional tokens.
To delete an existing Autobuy, click Delete Autobuy. You can update or modify the Autobuy threshold and amount at any time.

Pricing, Purchase History, & Monthly Usage

Your Autobuy History lists the date and time of the purchase, the source or type (Monthly vs. Top-up), the bundle price, the number of bundles purchased, the total price, and the total Token amounts for that purchase. Please note- there is no price for Monthly Tokens as they are included with your seat.
Below Purchase History you will see a graph of your team’s Historical Token Usage. You can toggle the data to show you usage by the week, month, and 3 month views.
