Chapter Overview:

The "Data" tab, containing 'People,' 'Importing,' and 'Realtors,' is your go-to for managing your contact database. Here, you can import, label, and organize contacts, making it easy to take action based on your business needs. Key features include importing contacts, tagging for categorization, sharing with team members, and applying filters to streamline workflow. While you can handle imports independently, Member Success Advisors are available for guidance to ensure smooth data integration for members on the Member Success plan.


Importing ⬇️

Importing contacts into Bonzo is quick and hassle-free, allowing you to jumpstart your outreach efforts without restrictions on volume. Simply navigate to the "Import" tab, beneath the "Data" dropdown, select "Import," and follow the prompts to upload your database file. You can specify campaign or pipeline stage preferences, merge duplicates, and even scrub against the national DNC list for compliance. After mapping your fields and adjusting settings, initiate the import and monitor progress until completion. Once done, your contacts will be seamlessly integrated into Bonzo, primed for action.

Tagging Like a Pro 🏷️


Tags in Bonzo are like versatile labels, helping you organize and group data effectively. You can create tags based on various criteria like contact type or loan type, tailoring your data management to suit your needs. Managing tags is simpleβ€”select contacts and use the "Manage Tags" icon, or add/remove tags directly from a contact's record.

Sharing with Teammates 🀝


Sharing contacts with team members in the People tab of Bonzo is straightforward. Simply select the desired contacts and click the "Share" icon. Your teammates gain visibility into all associated communication and details, including the ability to contact them. If you prefer to restrict messaging prospects, you can adjust this setting in the Team Members settings.

Filtering for Personalized Outreach and Organization πŸ“

Bonzo's Filter tool in the People tab is a game-changer for database navigation. Accessible by clicking "Filters," it offers both quick and advanced options. Quick filters correspond to columns like campaigns and tags, while Advanced Filters allow precise searches based on various criteria such as interest rate or loan type. Once set, filters immediately pull up relevant contact records and allow you to take action.

Creating Custom Lists in the People tab is an efficient method for organizing and accessing specific sets of contacts. Start by filtering your data, then save the filtered view as a new list with a descriptive name. You can pin these lists to your navigation bar for easy access, streamlining your workflow. With Custom Lists, you can take swift action on individual contacts or entire groups.

The Communication view offers a centralized platform to manage conversations across various channels like text, email, and voicemail. Accessible from the dashboard, Conversations tab, or within a contact's record in the People tab, it ensures consistent functionality. Within a contact record, Communication view provides an overview of communication history, allowing direct communication via SMS or email, alongside features like notes and summarization. Additionally, users can update contact information, assign them to campaigns or pipeline stages, add tags, and designate loan contacts, streamlining contact management.

Finding and using Prospect Details πŸ“‚

In the People tab, the Details View consolidates essential contact information, from basic details to mortgage specifics, facilitating efficient contact management. Accessed by selecting an individual record and clicking the "Details" tab, it offers comprehensive insights. Users can add personal details and connect mortgage-related agents within the respective tabs. Team Leads can further customize Bonzo by adding additional tabs and creating custom fields, enhancing data organization and management capabilities for the entire team.

Notes are integral for effective contact management, providing valuable insights into interactions and activities. Accessed via the Communication view in the People tab, notes offer a timestamped record of messages and attachments. Users can create templates for standardized note-taking and tag team members for collaboration without granting direct communication access to contacts. Additionally, notes can be applied to entire contact groups, streamlining communication efforts across multiple contacts

Broadcasting and Auto-Dialing πŸ“©

The Broadcast feature in the People tab empowers users to send targeted emails, texts, and voicemails to selected contacts with ease. Users can customize messages, schedule send times, and include multimedia content. The broadcast history allows for efficient management of scheduled and past broadcasts. Additionally, the Auto-Dial feature offers a streamlined approach to consecutive calls, with options for pre-recorded voicemails and SMS messages. Users can take actions and add notes during calls, with quick access to contact details for reference.



Birthday and Loaniversary πŸŽ‚

Automating birthday and loaniversary messages is a personalized way to stay connected with contacts on important dates. Accessible through the People tab, users can compose email, SMS, and voicemail messages to be sent automatically on these occasions. Customization options allow for tailored messages, and users can manage message settings for individual contacts or groups. Tasks provide a centralized view of upcoming birthdays for easy planning, while contact profiles offer detailed birthday information.
