Creating a Playbook

  1. From your SuperUser dashboard navigate to "Campaigns," select the "Playbook" tab, and click on "Create playbook campaign"

  2. Here you will see familiar options that are available when creating converting & nurturing campaigns such as, Create campaign (from scratch), Copy an existing campaign, or Generate a campaign with our AI companion Spark. Bonzo templates will not be available as playbooks require a use-case tied to specific corporate or brand needs.

  3. Once you make your selection, you'll be taken to the campaign editing screen where you'll have access to all the standard controls including the ability to add days, choose campaign events, and create content for your outreach.

  4. After establishing your settings and enabling the playbook, the new playbook will become immediately available to your teams, however only the SU has the ability to add contacts into a playbook.

Add People to a Playbook Campaign

As the SuperUser, the process of adding contacts from your People tab to the new playbook is simple.

  1. Navigate to your People tab and select the individual or group of contacts you'd like to add to the new playbook.

  2. Utilize the Quick Action Toolbar at the bottom of the screen and click on the icon located to the left of the bar labelled "Move to a different campaign."

  3. You will now see the option to select all existing playbooks as well as all converting or nurturing campaigns, etc. Contacts who are already active in one of the later types of campaigns can also be active in a playbook.

Playbooks Tips & Best Practices

There are some important things to remember when utilizing playbook campaigns:

  1. The primary use case for playbook campaigns is to create outreach centered around the corporate brand (i.e. "Shopping Playbook" - designed to educate and inform contacts about the brand behind the loan officer or branch).

  2. Playbooks are created by SuperUsers, therefore they are currently only available to accounts that have a SuperUser.

  3. Regional SuperUsers can publish playbook campaigns (per a settings permission)

  4. Only SuperUsers can assign contacts to playbooks. Contacts are currently limited to one playbook & one campaign.

The Playbooks feature revolutionizes campaign management by allowing SuperUsers to create customized brand campaigns for company teams, providing prospects with additional campaign options alongside their primary Converting or Nurturing campaigns for enhanced outreach strategies.
