In a bid to enhance communication and tracking between artists and clients, Canvas Enquiries has launched a new functionality: the 'Update Shipping Information' button. This new feature allows artists to easily update Sipping Information after winning an order and receiving payment. Once the shipping information is submitted, clients will be notified via email and chat, ensuring they stay informed every step of the way.

Here’s how the process works:

  1. Complete the Artwork: Finish creating the artwork and prepare for shipment.

  2. Click on the 'Update Shipping Information' Button: Easily access the button to update all relevant shipping details.

  3. Fill Out the Shipping Information and Submit: Enter tracking details, confirm the information, and submit to notify the client.


  4. Notify the Client: Once the shipping information is submitted, the client will be notified of the shipping details and tracking via email and text, keeping them informed throughout the process.

This simple, efficient process ensures smooth communication and transparency for both parties.
