Artist - Enhanced Shipping Details Update with FedEx Tracking for Canvas Orders and Buy Orders

We have enhanced our 'Update Shipping Details' functionality for Canvas Orders and Buy Orders. With our latest integration, tracking shipments through FedEx has become seamless, allowing buyers to track their purchases in real-time. This improvement enhances transparency and provides a smoother experience for both artists and buyers.

Steps to Update Shipping Information and Track Orders:

  1. Complete a Canvas Order with Payment:

    • Once the payment for a canvas order is successfully processed, or when purchasing any canvas, the artist gains access to update the shipping details.

  2. Click on 'Update Shipping Information' Button:

    • Easily locate and click the button to input all necessary shipping details.

  3. Fill Out the Shipping Form:

    • Select FedEx as the shipping carrier from the dropdown menu.

    • Enter the tracking URL and Tracking ID.

    • Add a comment for the buyer regarding the shipment.

    • Attach any relevant reference documents.

  4. Cross-Check Information and Submit:

    • Review all filled details carefully before submitting to ensure accuracy.

  5. Track Shipment for Artist and Buyer:

    • Both the artist and the buyer can now view and track the product's shipping status.

    • For Mobile App, you need to click on the 'Track Product' button to view and track the product's shipping status.

    • The artist can see their tracking on the right side of the screen.

  6. Click 'View More Details' Link:

    • This allows both the artist and the buyer to track the purchase in real-time and access full tracking details.

  7. Redirect to FedEx for Detailed Tracking:

    • By clicking on the 'View on FedEx' button, users will be redirected to the FedEx website to see detailed tracking updates directly.

This enhanced feature ensures a smooth, transparent, and reliable shipping experience for both artists and buyers, making the process of tracking canvas orders seamless and efficient.
