We're excited to announce an enhanced attachment feature for our artists! You can now upload high-resolution image files up to 100MB for paid orders, making it easier to deliver detailed and high-quality artwork to your clients.
How to Upload Large Files (Up to 100MB)
Follow these steps to upload large files for your paid orders:
Log in to the Seller Panel
Start by logging in to your artist account.
Navigate to the Paid Order
Go to the specific paid order where you want to upload the file.
Click the Upload Icon
You’ll see the upload icon inside the conversation — click it.
Select a File Over 50MB
Select your image file that exceeds 50MB (up to the 100MB limit).
A Popup Will Appear
A window will pop up prompting you to upload a large file. Click the “Upload Attachment” button to initiate the process.
Browse and Select Your File
Choose the large image file you want to send.
Click “Done” After Upload Completes
Once the file has been successfully uploaded, click the “Done” button or you can upload more .
Send the File to the Client
The uploaded file will now appear in the conversation thread. Just click the send icon to deliver it to the buyer.
Quick Tips:
Only image files up to 100MB are supported (JPG, PNG, PSD, etc.).
This feature is only available for paid orders.
Make sure your file doesn’t exceed the 100MB limit to avoid issues.
