We’re excited to introduce a new filter in the system — “Order In Progress” — designed to enhance your ability to manage and monitor client activity more efficiently.

The “Order In Progress” filter allows you to quickly access all enquiries that are currently ongoing or awaiting payment from the client. This helps streamline your workflow by keeping all such enquiries in one place for easy follow-up and status tracking.

How to Use the Filter

  1. Locate the Filter:
    Navigate to your dashboard and find the “Order In Progress” section.

  2. Click to View:
    Click on the “Order In Progress” section.
    This action will display a list of all enquiries that are currently ongoing or have pending payments.

  3. Take Action:
    Review the listed enquiries. You can follow up with clients, send payment reminders, or continue processing the orders as needed.
