Artist - New Feature: Add Secondary Emails to Stay on Top of Client Communication

We’ve introduced a powerful new communication enhancement for artists! You can now add secondary email addresses to your account so your team members, partners, or assistants can stay informed and respond to client conversations in real time.

This update ensures that no message goes unnoticed and enables collaborative communication, making your workflow smoother and more responsive.

🔔 Why Use Secondary Emails?

With this feature:

  • All new order notifications and client replies will be sent to both the primary account holder and the secondary email participants.

  • Secondary email participants can reply directly via email, and their response will be automatically added to the conversation thread within the platform.

  • Clients will receive the replies via email as if they came from the artist’s account — ensuring a seamless experience.

Follow the steps below to start using this feature:

Step 1: Log In and Go to Your Account Page

Log into your artist account and navigate to the Account section from your dashboard.

Step 2: Locate the "Enquiry Emails" Section

On the account page, you’ll now see a new section labeled "Enquiry Emails." This is where you can manage secondary email addresses.

Step 3: Add Secondary Emails

Enter the secondary email addresses of the people you want to receive enquiry and order notifications. You can add multiple email addresses if needed.

Step 4: Click Save

Once you’ve entered the emails, simply click the Save button. That’s it!

What Happens Next?

  • Your secondary emails are now linked to your account.

  • Whenever a client responds to your enquiry or order, both the primary account holder and the secondary emails will receive the message.

  • Any of the secondary participants can reply directly via email, and that reply will automatically be:

    • Logged into the conversation thread

    • Sent to the client as a part of the ongoing discussion
