To help you select accurate artwork dimensions for Canvas, Portrait, and Sketch projects, we’ve introduced a Standard Size Preview feature. This allows you to view standard sizes like A0, A1, and A2 at every key step—when creating, editing, or reviewing your project.
This ensures improved communication, fewer dimension errors, and a smoother workflow for everyone.
How the Feature Works
1. When Posting a Job or Inviting an Artist
When creating a project in the Canvas, Portrait, or Sketch categories, clients can choose from standard sizes like A0, A1, A2 using the size dropdown.
Steps:
Select the project category (Canvas, Portrait, or Sketch).
Choose a standard size from the dropdown menu.
Click the “Preview Size Chart” text located next to the dropdown.
A visual size chart will open, showing exact artwork dimensions.
Finalize and submit the job post or artist invitation.
This makes sure the client selects the correct size before submitting the project.
2. Previewing Sizes Inside the Project Order Conversation
You can double-check the chosen size anytime during the project.
Steps:
Click on the “Show Details” button inside the conversation.
A side drawer will open displaying all project details.
For Canvas, Portrait, or Sketch projects, a “Preview Size Chart” link will appear inside this popup.
Click the link to view the standard size chart along with exact dimensions.
This lets you reconfirm the size before artwork begins.
3. In Job Details
The size preview is also available when you’re simply viewing the job details.
Steps:
Open the job details page.
Look for the “Preview Size Chart” option.
Click to view the standard size dimensions.
This ensures you always know the exact size assigned to your project.
3. Editing the Job Size
Clients can update the artwork size even after the job has been created.
Steps:
Go to your job page.
Click the “Edit” button.
Inside the editing screen, you will find the “Preview Size Chart” option.
Preview the size, change the size if needed, and save your updates.
This ensures you can always adjust the artwork size before the artist begins working.
