Artist - How to add Listings

Creating a listing allows artists to showcase their services or offerings and make them available for clients to book or purchase. Follow the simple steps below to add, view, edit, or delete your listings easily from your seller panel.


Getting Started: Add a New Listing

1: Log in to Your Seller Panel

Start by logging in to your artist panel using your correct credentials.

2: Navigate to Edit Profile

Once logged in, open the menu and click on Edit Profile.

3: Open the “Listing Info” Tab

Inside your profile, you will find the Listing Info tab. Click on it to manage your listings.

4: Click on “Add a Listing.”

To create a new listing, click on the Add a Listing.


Fill in Listing Details Carefully

5: Add a Clear Title

Enter a short, clear, and descriptive title that explains what you will create for the client.

6: Add Relevant Keywords

Add keywords that help your listing appear in search results.
Use relevant:

  1. Skills

  2. Categories

  3. Techniques, tools, or formats

7: Write a Detailed Description

Describe your listing clearly. Include:

  • What you are offering

  • How you deliver the service

  • What the client can expect

  • Any requirements or information needed from the client

8: Upload Images

  • Upload one main image that best represents your listing (only 1 main image is acceptable).

  • Additionally, you can upload more example images to help the client understand your style and quality (only 2 example images are acceptable).

9: Set the Price

Enter the amount that the client will pay to book your service or offering.

10: Review and Submit

Carefully cross-verify:

  • Title

  • Description

  • Keywords

  • Images

  • Price

Once everything looks correct, save and submit the listing.

Your listing has been created successfully.


View Your Listing

  • Click on the eye icon to view your listing.

  • You will be redirected to a new tab showing the live listing.


Edit Your Listing

  • Click on the pencil icon to edit your listing.

  • Make the required changes.

  • Click on the Update button. Now your listing has been updated.

  • Click on the eye icon to view your updates.

Your listing has been updated successfully.


Delete Your Listing

  • Click on the delete icon next to the listing.

  • Confirm by clicking the Delete button.

The listing will be deleted successfully and will be removed from the seller panel.


Important Tip

Always double-check your title, description, and price to ensure accuracy and clarity before submitting or updating your listing. A well-written listing helps attract more customers and builds trust.


Accessing Your Order and Communicating with the Client

After a client purchases your listing:

  1. Navigate to the Orders & Enquiries section.

  2. Click on the order, and here you will find :

    • The client’s order details

    • Complete order and payment information

    • A direct conversation thread with the client

  3. You can use this messaging area to communicate with the client, discuss project details, share updates, and answer any questions.

  4. Once the service or deliverable is completed, update the delivery or shipping information for the order. The client will be notified via email and will be able to track the order until completion.
