In order to receive your first, second, or third payments you will need to create and send an offer. Follow the steps below to create an offer to send to your client:

How to create an offer?

  1. Open your Artist Panel.

  2. Click on 'Orders & Enquiries'.

  3. Select the conversation you wish to create an offer.

  4. Select the 'Create offer' option on the right-hand side of your screen.

5. Complete the offer form - double-check checking all the costs are correct.

6. Create an additional payment box, if required, by clicking the '+' button.

7. Once the offer has been completed and on clicking over the 'save as draft' button, the offer is saved as a draft.

8. On clicking over 'save and submit' button, the customer will be notified about the particular offer.

9. Now you can attach the quote and invoice, download the quote and invoice, and edit the invoice by clicking over respective button.
