Creating and sending a quote can help a client decide if the project works within their budget. It is also a great way of breaking down the costs for the client.
How to create a quote?
Open your Artist Panel.
Click on 'Orders & Enquiries'.
Select the conversation you wish to create an quote.
5. Select the 'Create Quote' option on the right-hand side of your screen.
6. Complete the quote form - double checking all the costs are correct.
7. Create an additional payment box, if required, by clicking the '+' button.
8. Write a description for your services and the cost for each item breakdown.
9. Select the percentage required for deposit and the remaining amount will adjust automatically.
10. Once the quote has been completed click the 'Save Quote' button followed by the 'Attach Quote' button. Your quote won't be attached to your message if you don't click 'Attach Quote'.
11. Once the quote is attached it will appear about the message box. Type out your message if required and press send.
