Book An Artist sends reminders to customers to complete their payments. Artists are also able to request release of their payment if it is on hold.
Payment Released:
Once the artist request to release the payment and the client releases it from his end, artists will be able to see a payment has been paid on the right-hand side of their conversation with a customer. A green badge will appear before the payment; clicking the badge will provide further information about the payment such as date and time of payment.
