Book An Artist has partnered with Stripe to make it easy for artists to receive payments for projects. It's easy, fast, and FREE! Artists must connect their bank account to a Stripe account. Once connected to Stripe, the artist will be able to see project payment status and details such as:
if an invoice has been paid or not paid
when a payment is on hold
when a payment has been released by the customer, including sending a request to the customer to release payment
Please follow the steps below to connect your bank to Stripe:
Navigate to your Account Details page and click "Connect Stripe".
2. Or, click on the "Connect to Stripe" button at the top of the screen.
3. You will be redirected to Stripe to complete the connection. Stripe will verify your identity by asking for your details, such as email address and mobile number.
4. A verification code will be sent to your mobile which will help you continue to fill out the form.
6. Enter your business details and select continue.
(Choose the business detail wisely as once you click on continue, you will not be able to go back to the same page and make the changes)
7. Enter your personal details and select continue
8. Next, choose your professional details and click continue
9. Enter your bank details and select continue.
10. Review the information you have provided and click submit.
11. Once your details have been submitted to Stripe, you will be redirected back to your Book An Artist Account page. Congratulations, your bank account is now connected to your Stripe account.
