Payments can be made in multiple ways:
By logging in to your inbox and clicking on the view offer then after clicking on the "Click Here to pay" button that is on the right-hand side of their conversation with an artist.

2. Or, by directly clicking on the pay button which is present in the offer.
3. Or you can download the quote or invoice from the conversation or from the right side of the order conversation as highlighted below and then after clicking on the "Click Here to pay" button.
4. Select the ‘Pay with Card’ button.
5. Enter the card details and select the ‘Pay with Card’ button.
6. The payment is successfully done now.
7. Now you get redirected to a page where you can either Hold payment or Release payment according to your requirement.
8. On selecting Hold payment, your payment will be on hold with Book An Artist Escrow.
9. Or, on selecting ‘Release Payment’, your payment is directly released to the artist.
10. After selecting the payment type select the ‘Go to Inbox’ button which redirects back to the Order Conversation page.
Note:
A 2% transaction fee is applied to all card payments and 3% for the Singapore card payments.
Once the payment has been made both the artist and the customer get notified.
