Follow the below steps on how to hold payment with escrow:
During the payment process when selecting ‘Hold Payment’, your payment will be on hold with Book An Artist Escrow.
Customers will be able to see if payment has been put on hold on the right-hand side of their conversation with an artist. A yellow badge will appear before the payment; when hovering over the badge further data about the payment will be displayed.
