Artists are able to request to release of their payment if it is on hold by the clients. Customers can release the payment when both the artist and the customer are happy.
Select the release payment button from the right-hand side of their conversation with the artist.
Now a pop-up is visible where the list of hold payments is visible.
3. Select which payment you’d like to receive - whether it is the deposit or the final payment.
4. Click on the release payment button.
5. Payment is successfully released. also, the client can now show appreciation by adding some tip to the artist by clicking on the "Pay" button.
Note: Once payment is released both artist and client get notified.
