We have added a new feature in the seller panel called Add notes specifically for artist purposes. Add notes allows the artist to add a comment, details, or any kind of information that the artist thinks is important and needs to be noted down while analyzing the project. This note will be only visible to the artist. The artist can use this note separately for different order Id.
This note can use for example The artist has met up with the client for a project or talked over the call and discussed the designs, materials, and budget or any kind of details which is related to the project, he can quickly add all those ideas and conversations in the notes so when while creating any quote/invoice for the client he can promptly review the notes and add it.
After a comment/details/ any information is added it can be beneficial for the artist in case something is missed out so he can instantly check in the notes for the particular order and get notified that there is something that needs to be added in the invoice or things that the client needs to know about the project.

Go to Orders & Enquiries and click on the order Id
The highlighted red mark in both (Web and Mobile app) is where you can add the notes.
Once you add the notes and click on the add note, it will be successfully saved and you will get a pop-up.
The second time when you add any note, you will get the "update" option which means the notes which were written earlier will be saved along with the newly updated note.
You will get the pop-up that the notes have been saved successfully.
Voice Call- Add Notes after Call:
You can now add notes once after the call is done with the client.
Once the call is done, you will get a pop-up to add a note, you can write any information/detail in the note as discussed with the client as per your convenience
