Client - How do I add other participants to the artist conversation Enquiry ID?

Now the client can add a member to the conversation enquiry id.

Want to add a team member to your conversation ?

Good News! Now you can add a participant you want in your conversation of the specific enquiry Id and be a part of it.

There are 2 ways to add the participants -

  1. Buyer Panel

  2. Email

Buyer Panel:

  • If you are in the buyer panel, click on the "Add a participant" button in conversation .

    OR at Right drawer

  • Add the email address of the member in the box.

  • After adding the email address, click on the save button.

  • The listed email will be connected to your order and will be a part of the communication going forward.

  • You can add more than one member to the conversation by adding their email on the "Add another Email" option.

  • After adding the participants to the conversation, just click on the save button. The listed members will be successfully added.

2. Email:

  • If you are in email conversation, you can cc the person/member over the conversation.

  • He will be part of the conversation for each artist's reply and be aware about the project and get notified about the ongoing conversation.
