The artist can now use the Spam report option and report the issue if they come across any scenarios where the job/enquiry looks fake, spam, rude behavior of the client, offensive or any misinformation, they can report the issue using the report button option.
Find Jobs - Report Spam
Once you click on the job, the job details will appear where you will get the "Report this job" button option on the bottom- right hand side of the below screen.
Click on the report button below, you will get a pop up to fill in the details of why you are reporting the job.
Select the option and write the comment in the box and click on "send report" button.
2. Enquiry - Report Spam
The Report spam feature has also been included for the enquiry. If there are any scenarios such as false enquiry/spam or client is being rude in the ongoing conversation etc., you can report the enquiry by clicking on the report button option.
You will get a "Report this Order" button on the right hand side of the order screen
Click on the Report button then a get a pop up will appear to fill in the reason.
Select the option and write the comment in the box and click on "Send Report" button.
