Below are the action button instructions, follow the steps accordingly.
Save as Draft - The offer will remain in your order to edit and it will not be reflected to the customer.
Save and Submit - Once the offer is Save and submit, it will send out an email notification to the customer to download the offer as a quote or invoice.
Attach Quote/ Attach Invoice - Attach quote/invoice button will directly attach your offer to the chat and you are able to send it to the customer through the chat.
Download Quote PDF/ Download Invoice PDF - You are able to download the offer as a quote or Invoice. If the customer doesn't receive the offer you can reattach it.
Edit Offer - You can use this button to edit the offer.
