The orders are being flagged due to the following reasons:

  1. Breach of Policy(serious) - It includes sharing personal banking information.

Sharing of personal information such as Instagram handles, email IDs and phone numbers with the sole purpose of dealing with the client outside of Book An Artist knowledge are not within the boundaries of accepted terms of operation on the platform.

  2. Message 1 - A new inquiry that is not replied to by the artist. The inquiry has to be replied to or mark it as not interested. As a marketplace, we try to give all artists a fair chance to be reached out by the people who love their work. To drive these clients toward their preferred artists, takes time, effort, and investment.

  3. OTP jobs - Conversations taken outside the platform, It includes the jobs that have personal information shared with the client but have not yet been brought back to the platform and are waiting for new information.

Lack of replies to our team trying to get an update on the job after your conversation with the client.

Our team reviews the enquiries and if any of the enquiry comes under the following reason, they flag the orders, you will also receive an email notification once the order has been flagged.

If you think an inquiry is not what you want to start with, please use the ‘I'm not interested in this lead’ button on your dashboard/app. Usage of this button helps to maintain your account in a positive light. Non-usage of the button and no reply to legit enquiries lead to more admin work for us and unhappy customers!

If you see any specific inquiry on your dashboard which has been flagged and want to remove it, please get back to the team by using the support button or on contact@bookanartist.com.au to share the situation.

Need help? Contact the support team via your artist panel by clicking on the support button.
