You can get your account deleted at any time via the below steps. Once the account is deleted, all the data associated with the account will be permanently deleted and you will be unable to recover it later.
What happens if I permanently delete my Book An Artist account?
You won't be able to reactivate your account
Your profile, photos, reviews, transactions history, and everything else you've added will be permanently deleted. You won't be able to retrieve anything you've added.
You'll no longer be able to use Book An Artist App.
How do I permanently delete my account?
Go to the Settings Section & click on Delete Account
Click on yes over the pop up.
Click on continue button.
Enter the feedback (reason to delete the account) and click on continue.
You will be then asked to Enter Your Password and then submit the form.
Your account deletion request will be submitted successfully. Our team may get in touch with you for getting additional information.
Note: If you want to Pause your account for a few weeks/months to get unlisted on the search page, please use the pause profile option under the settings.
