The artist can now pause/turn off their profile from being on vacation mode to Book An Artist clients if they are on a break/out of station/not available to take the job etc. All you need to do is go to the Vacation mode (see the step-by-step instructions below) and turn it off.
When Vacation Mode is on, your profile will display a custom message, and new leads will be paused automatically. Once you turn off Vacation Mode, lead generation resumes automatically.
Follow the below steps to turn/off the vacation mode.
Login to the artist panel/app. https://seller.bookanartist.co/
Go to settings from the sidebar on the web and more from the mobile app.
From the Vacation Mode - use Vacation Mode Off, if you are not on vacation.
Use Vacation Mode on, if you are on vacation.
For Vacation Mode on, enter the date and the message(announcement) which will be displayed on your profile page.
Click on save changes.
New leads are paused when vacation mode is on and will automatically resume when deactivated.
If you click the "Turn off Vacation Mode" button from your dashboard, you will be redirected to the Settings page, Vacation Mode section. From there, you can turn it off.
Note: The changes will be displayed on the Artist's profile page below the cover photo
