We have created a new automated system in the artist panel/app where the artist can send a request balance payment to the client on the invoice/offer.
Follow the below steps on how to send a payment request:
Login into your artist panel/ app - https://seller.bookanartist.co/
Go to the conversation, on the right-hand side of the order screen there is a request balance button
On clicking on the Request balance button, the pop-up will appear
Select the check box for which the payment has to be made.
Once you click on the Request balance, the client will receive an email notification to make the payment on the pending invoice.
Note: You can access this feature only if your account is connected to a stripe.
