The email reminder is meant to notify the customer so that they don't miss out on any conversation with the artist. If there are any new inquiries that have not been replied to by the artist, the system sends a reminder to a customer so as to not miss out on any response.
We understand that sometimes you would not like to get an email reminder. If you wish to unsubscribe from the email, you can simply click on the unsubscribe button in the email you received.
There is an unsubscribe option at the bottom of the email.
